| Stand-By Personnel has been in business since August 1994 in Oklahoma as a minority owned business. Stand-By has 2 offices in Tulsa supplying Industrial, Construction, Printing and Welding labor. Stand-By has a General Labor Division and a Skilled Division. The Labor hall provides a means to meet emergency situations that require immediate personnel needs or just for short periods of time. Stand-By has 8 vans to transport workers to and from the job site and we supply our workers with most safety equipment required by the customer at no charge to the customer. The Skilled Trades Division consists of 3 critical areas. The Industrial, Printers and Welding Divisions. Each of these areas target a specific portion of the market that we service. The Industrial Division functions similar to the other agencies except that we do not expect the same person to place a data input operator and then a grinder. This is why we employ specialists in all areas. The Welding Division was initiated to insure we do not escalate the cost of testing and hiring welders and plate burners to our clients. By testing welders and plate burners to the criteria utilized by our clients, we have reduced the rejection rate by our clients of weld applicants and plate burners from in excess of 85% to less than 10%. The success we achieved was the result of Stand-By Personnel detailed screening and testing in our shop. Stand-By also is a State Certified Weld Testing Facility. The Printers Division is primarily directed toward the printing industry. Clerical type individuals utilized in a shop are more successful if they are some what familiar with a shop environment rather than an office. In this way the Printing Division supports the other areas we service. |

| Work History |
| Mark has been affiliated with the temporary business for over 25 years. Mark's career started with a series of jobs working as a temporary employee with some of the largest companies in Tulsa. After a period of time in management with Westin Hotels and Resorts, a five star Hotel, Mark became an account manager with Labor Source. Mark was then promoted to General Manager and serviced in that capacity during Labor Sources most successful time frame in business. Mark started Stand-By in 1994 and brings a unique perspective which has resulted in the success we have enjoyed. |
