Ellen Ralph, founder and principal of Meridian Resources, is a management consultant and coach who helps organizations develop skilled and motivated leaders and high-engagement workforces. She offers a full range of assessments, tools and workshops that can be customized to meet a client’s unique requirements.
Ellen’s consulting practice and workshops invite participation and joint discovery and are based on her belief that working with others in the service of common objectives can be a deeply rewarding experience. |

| Work History |
| Prior to founding Meridian, Ellen was Information Systems Director for Mapco Gas Products, Inc. where she was responsible for all elements of technology management for the operating subsidiary, and directed a team of eleven professionals in strategic and operational planning, acquisition, development, implementation and support of information technology to carry forward the business objectives of the company. Prior to that, Ellen held various management and technology positions at the University of Illinois in Urbana and at the Harvard-Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics in Cambridge, Massachusetts. |

| Educational Background |
| Ellen holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology from Louisiana State University. She is an alumna of the Center for Creative Leadership, and a graduate of Leadership Tulsa. She is a member of the American Society of Training and Development and is Past President of Tulsa Business Link, and a former Director of Vocational Service for the Rotary Club of North Tulsa. Ellen received the 2007 Paragon Award in recognition of her work on the board of Youth Services of Tulsa as Vice President of Community Outreach, and regularly works with Leadership Tulsa in various capacities. Ellen is currently Vice President of the Board of Directors for Clarehouse, and she periodically serves on the jury for Oklahoma University’s Master in Organizational Dynamics program. |
