Hospice Services are covered by Medicare, Private Insurance, or provided by Grace Hospice free of charge. We are a team of highly – trained professionals and volunteers who provide a medically-directed program of care. The program is carefully designed to support and comfort patients with a life-limiting illness and their loved ones. Every patient receives expert pain and symptom management to ensure that they are as comfortable as possible. The program includes, Nursing services, Medications related to the terminal illness, Pain and symptom management, Emotional, spiritual and bereavement counseling, and Family support services for friends and family.
The Grace Hospice Foundation is a 501©3 organization created to promote the principles of hospice care, educate the community, subsidize care for patients and families that cannot afford or do not have benefits in place for hospice care. The Foundation grants special wishes of hospice patients on a regular basis. Donations are greatly appreciated and wisely used. Tax deductible donations may be payable to the Grace Hospice Foundation and sent to Grace Hospice Foundation, P.O. Box 35894, Tulsa, OK 74153. |
